Olympia & York brought together some of the finest architectural, engineering, design and aesthetic minds in the world to develop Olympia Centre.

Olympia Centre was designed and built by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. It is a 63 story multi-use building consisting of office spaces (floors 5-23), retail space (Neiman Marcus) and condominiums (floors 24-62).

At 725 ft (221 m) tall, with 63 floors, Olympia Center is Chicago's tallest mid-block building. The exterior is Swedish granite, which was completed in Italy. Construction started in 1981. There are 292 units. Due to many owners purchasing and combining multiple units, there now are 250 residences, ranging from 600 square feet to 17,540 square feet.

Olympia Centre offers the style and privacy of luxury living at its best as well as proximity to Chicago's renowned stores, restaurants, theaters and cultural amenities
